Sixth Grade Unit: "An Interconnected World"

Sixth Grade Unit: "An Interconnected World"

As part of the sixth-grade curriculum, students study languages around the world, the importance of languages, and the opportunities languages provide. Despite their differences, communities of the same language are interconnected and have the common goals of gaining international recognition and helping build and shape a global world.

French International students learn in English, French, German, Spanish, and Chinese. During the languages unit, students wrote an essay on why they think these languages are important and what other language French International should add if the school were to add another foreign language.
