Congratulations French International Eighth Graders
French International eighth graders are officially alumni as they graduated on June 12.
This year’s 58 eighth-grade graduates made a massive impact on French International. They participated in community service and led community-building activities throughout the year. They spent months working on their Middle Years Programme (MYP) Community projects.
The eighth-grade class, a testament to the diverse interests and talents fostered at French International, studied music, art, and theatre and showcased their skills in the performance of Frozen this year. They also excelled in sports, formed new clubs, and studied hard to be successful in class. Over the past three years, they developed their linguistic skills, learning a new language and applying those skills on their international trips in May.
Graduation traditions at French International included a clap-out of the graduates, where sixth and seventh graders cheered the eighth graders on their final walk through the halls. The graduates signed their names on a graduate wall behind the administration building and left wisdom locks on the French International fence.
