French International School of Oregon aims to hire professionals of the highest professional integrity and caliber. Teachers are normally certified, whether in their home country or in the United States. Teachers also usually have at least three years of teaching experience. We seek individuals able to work collaboratively and within the framework of a whole-school project. For other professional positions, we expect to see strong evidence of experience in the particular area as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.

Current Openings

FI seeks multiple Lower School French teachers. Teachers at FI are responsible
for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in an
immersive French language learning environment.

French International School of Oregon develops curious and critical thinkers through a robust and immersive multilingual curriculum. The role of the Student Monitor is to encourage collaborative play, learning, and safety during the “in-between” times in our students’ school and after school day.

​French International is seeking qualified teachers to work as substitutes at the preschool, elementary, and middle school levels. Fluency in French preferred.
