This month, French International Middle School families welcomed 18 Chilean students and their two teachers from the Greenhouse School in Temuco. The visitors stayed with host families, went to class at French International, went on field trips, visited sites around Oregon, tried new foods, and more.
French International is proud to have a diverse and dedicated group of parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and grandparents who have all committed to positively shaping the French International experience for our community! Each month, we want to highlight a different donor or volunteer to showcase the many reasons why people choose to support French International. This month we are recognizing the Cho family.
To celebrate the end of their Lower School experience, French International fifth graders traveled to Strasbourg, France. The students went to school, spent some time with host families, and used the language and cultural skills they built during their time in Maternelle and Lower School. The students had a busy itinerary with museum visits, train rides, boat tours, and French food.
